Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. BNB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.

Please note: BNB’s 30-day return policy begins from the date an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, not from the purchase date.
